C O N C E P T

Sortfolio’s social media content feels energetic and exciting. The accounts feature inspirational, relatable, and sharable content, including original graphics, aesthetically-pleasing workspaces (#workspacetherapy as homage to @apartmenttherapy), and member features. It is key that potential members (e.g. developers, designers) feel that Sortfolio is hip to the goings-on in their fields in order to foster trust that they will be taken care of as a part of the community.

E C O M M E R C E _ S I T E

I designed a new site including the membership onboarding process. The site was designed in Sketch using UI/UX best practices and I oversaw a team of developers who tended to bringing the site to life.

I harnessed the redesign as an opportunity to refine Sortfolio’s functions; I collected, analyzed, and integrated user feedback in the site’s redesign and also launched a client reacquaintance email campaign that resulted in increased client onboarding.
